Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations by ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting. This position demands proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
  • Support budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

  • QuickBooks

Languages
  • English: Fluent
