Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Industrial Engineer to support our ongoing projects in Centurion. You will be tasked with analyzing current operations and suggesting enhancements that lead to a more efficient work environment. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a vital role in the development and execution of engineering solutions aimed at maximizing efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental projects aimed at improving operational processes.
• Utilize simulation software to predict outcomes of engineering solutions.
• Create and analyze standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for staff.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Foster collaboration among engineering and production teams.
• Use advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare for audits and assist with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress and compile reports for upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• MBE (Master of Business Engineering) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience

Languages
