Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining computer networks and troubleshoot network access issues.
• Perform regular system checks and backups to ensure system integrity.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and provide reports to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance in system upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in an IT support role
