Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician in Cape Town to provide top-notch support for our end-users and systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve hardware failures.
  • Support remote access for users.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on software applications.
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly.
  • Assist in developing IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support roles
