Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Accountant who will manage financial records and transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and will be adept at using accounting software for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and rectify discrepancies.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and preparation of tax returns.
• Coordinate monthly close processes and prepare relevant reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments for financial queries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Additional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of solid accounting experience

• QuickBooks

Certifications

• ACCA qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent
