Your role will involve coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring that all freight is delivered on time and in accordance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics process from order placement to delivery.
• Manage and track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overages.
• Coordinate with customs and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and reports.
• Organize transportation logistics for both domestic and international shipments.
• Conduct regular evaluations of carrier performance and service quality.
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates and any delays.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Train and mentor junior staff in logistics procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Higher certificate in Logistics or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a freight coordination role
