Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Laborers for Freight, Stock, and Material Moving to efficiently operate equipment, maintain production schedules and contribute to our warehouse operations in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss work progress.
• Document production results daily.
• Assist in the training of new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matriculation Certificate
• Vocational training in material handling is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles

Technical Skills

• Forklift Certification
• Basic Mechanical Skills

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-Solving

Advantageous

• Experience working with sand or minerals: Knowledge in handling materials specific to the mining or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Standards: Understanding quality control processes within manufacturing.
