Join our dynamic team as a Fitness Instructor in East London! We're seeking a passionate individual who can inspire and motivate our clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for leading group classes, providing personal training sessions, and designing personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct clients on proper fitness techniques and safety protocols.
  • Create and implement dynamic group classes that engage participants.
  • Evaluate client fitness levels and provide ongoing support.
  • Encourage members to reach their personal fitness goals.
  • Organize fitness challenges and events to promote participation.
  • Keep up with industry trends to incorporate new techniques.
  • Train and mentor new fitness instructors as needed.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new members.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science
  • Specialization in Group Fitness is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in fitness instruction and client motivation
