Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to work in our Port Elizabeth location. You will be entrusted with managing the pharmacy's daily operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations regarding medications and health supplements.
• Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients about potential side effects and drug interactions.
• Participate in community health programs and initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and pharmacy operations.
• Document patient profiles and update medication history.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient care plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail environment

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
