Responsibilities

• Analyze market conditions and client financial needs.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic decisions.
• Craft detailed financial models and evaluations.
• Develop strategic financial plans based on client profiles.
• Engage with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
• Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
• Support junior team members in research and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
