Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and corporates.
• Advise clients on federal, provincial, and local tax regulations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax positions.
• Assist with tax audits and represent clients during review processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax obligations.
• Stay updated with tax law changes and their implications.
• Provide tax planning advice and strategies to clients.
• Collaborate with financial teams on tax-related issues.
• Support clients in event of tax disputes or litigation.
• Document tax procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation or a related field
