We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and administration, with experience in providing technical solutions to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
• Identify areas for improvement in client systems and implement necessary changes.
• Undertake regular audits of client systems to ensure compliance with IT regulations.
• Provide tailored solutions to unique business challenges faced by clients.
• Support the development and execution of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or similar
• Additional relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
