Job Description

As a Fleet Operations Supervisor in Pretoria, you will lead our fleet operations team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of our vehicle fleet. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing innovative strategies to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet operational meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for all vehicles and operational incidents.
• Engage in stakeholder communications to enhance fleet services.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Innovate and recommend best practices in fleet management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Fleet Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fleet operations
