Actuary

Job Description

As an Actuary, you will be integral to our firm by applying quantitative skills to solve financial problems and assess risks. You will work closely with other actuarial professionals, using your analytical abilities to influence our strategic direction and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare actuarial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the pricing of products by conducting appropriate analysis.
• Engage in peer reviews and provide guidance to junior actuarial staff.
• Develop methodologies for enhanced risk evaluations.
• Utilize software tools for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in client meetings to explain actuarial results and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
• Fellowship in an actuarial organization is an advantage

Experience

• Solid experience in an actuarial role with a focus on pricing and risk management.
