Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to manage patient records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring that medical records are updated and maintained in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the healthcare team by ensuring timely access to patient records.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in patient information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
  • Assist with patient intake forms and related documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings and provide input on record management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant Degree in Health Information Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience handling medical records in a clinical setting.
