We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Johannesburg. You will play an integral role in the design and delivery of projects that reflect our commitment to sustainability and innovation while collaborating with other design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the architectural aspects of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop detailed specifications and documents for construction.
• Engage with local authorities to ensure planning permissions are acquired.
• Address any discrepancies and provide solutions during the construction phase.
• Drive innovation in architectural design methodologies within the team.
• Foster collaboration with interior, landscape, and urban design teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Architecture or related field
• Postgraduate studies in design are favourable

Experience

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Project Management Tools

Certifications

• SACAP Registration
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
