Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets from users.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements to IT systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment.

• Linux OS
