Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote training opportunities through internal communications.
  • Facilitate employee-driven training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees seeking professional development.
  • Assist in developing a mentorship program within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a training role with a focus on employee development
