As an Investment Banking Analyst in our Pretoria office, you will play a key role in financial analysis and transaction support. You will analyze market trends, prepare reports, and collaborate closely with clients and team members to facilitate successful deal-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses for various types of transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Assist in drafting investment memorandums and reports.
• Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders during transactions.
• Contribute to team brainstorming and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking
