Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Set up new user workstations including hardware, software, and telecommunication devices.
Monitor IT systems for performance issues and take preventive measures.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors when necessary.
Participate in IT-related projects and contribute to planning efforts.
Assist in establishing IT processes and standards to improve efficiency.
