We are in search of an innovative Event Planner to join our Bloemfontein team. You will be responsible for orchestrating a variety of events, from corporate functions to weddings, ensuring each event meets the high standards of our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead event planning sessions and brainstorm creative concepts.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including travel and accommodation.
• Create guest lists and manage RSVPs.
• Develop contingency plans for events.
• Assist with event marketing strategies and promotions.
• Build vendor relationships for consistent quality service.
• Implement feedback mechanisms for clients and attendees.
• Organize team meetings to discuss event progress.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Event Management or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management with proven success in client satisfaction

Technical Skills

• Event Design

Certifications

• Event Planning Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
