Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Sales Pros Ltd., you will be at the forefront of customer engagement. Your role involves understanding client requirements, delivering exceptional service, and promoting our products effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales.
  • Continuously update knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
