We are in search of a passionate Fashion Designer to lead our creative ventures at Creative Threads Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing collections, managing the production process, and staying ahead of fashion trends. Your innovative ideas and artistic skills will shape our next line of fashion products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final production.
• Create and present design proposals to stakeholders and team members.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify potential challenges in the design process and propose solutions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on existing designs.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that align with new collections.
• Mentor junior team members and interns in design techniques.
• Analyze sales data to gauge the success of previous collections.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising is preferred
• Additional certifications in design software are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferable in a fast-paced environment
