• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for mining projects.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors for project execution.
• Lead initiatives for employee safety and training programs.
• Utilize modelling software for mine design and planning.
• Research and implement innovative mining technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and training for skill development.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Master's degree in Mining Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the mining sector with a focus on engineering roles
