UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Designs Co., your role will involve working on diverse projects that challenge your creativity and problem-solving skills. You will use user research and design best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive designs.
• Work with product managers and other designers to define product vision and strategy.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Analyze competitor designs and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in building the company’s design portfolio and case studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field
• Relevant certifications in UX design are advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a professional design environment

Technical Skills

• Wireframing and Prototyping
• User Interface Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Proficient in Agile processes for project management and design sprints.
