Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Tester in our Durban office, you will play a critical role in the software development lifecycle. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify test requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, execute tests, and report on the results. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and defects.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize testing.
• Evaluate new tools and processes for continuous improvements.
• Assist in the training of junior QA team members.
• Ensure all aspects of software functionalities are verified.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QA.

Technical Skills

• Selenium

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with performance testing tools: Experience in using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
