Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial strategies to increase efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Provide insights into financial performance to inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor junior finance staff.
• Increase the accuracy of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Prepare tax calculations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Postgraduate qualification in a related area is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on corporate finance
