Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all administrative procedures within the healthcare center.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients and their families.
  • Act as a liaison between medical staff and administration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of administrative staff.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate training and staff development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on administrative activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in healthcare or management are beneficial

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare settings
