Healthcare Solutions Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will provide essential nursing services, support patient health, and be an integral part of our patient care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and provide mentorship.
• Facilitate communication between patients and medical teams.
• Document nursing interventions to maintain accurate patient records.
• Conduct safety and risk assessments within the nursing unit.
• Engage in continuous nursing education and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in critical care or emergency settings

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Certification in pediatric or geriatric nursing: Specialized nursing certification in patient groups.
• Leadership experience in nursing teams: Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
