Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans and budgets in collaboration with departmental heads.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Advise on cost-reduction strategies and profitability enhancements.
• Provide training to staff on financial reporting tools and analysis.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
