Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and financial performance.
• Oversee project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Implement project management best practices and tools.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure resources.
• Assist in the development of project management processes and standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
• Document and report on project outcomes and metrics.
• Promote a culture of accountability and respect within project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• PMI or similar project management certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Budget Management

• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
