Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care, maintain patient records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Lead patient consultations and health screenings.
  • Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
  • Provide immediate care for minor injuries and ailments.
  • Foster a supportive and caring environment for patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex cases.
  • Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately.
  • Assist in the development of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Additional training in family medicine is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of practice in a clinical setting
