Responsibilities

• Outline project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements for future projects.
• Support the development of project management methodologies.
• Encourage team development and mentoring.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Certification in Agile methodologies is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience

Technical Skills

• Agile Project Management
• Stakeholder Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• PMP Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
