Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you will assess our financial processes and risk management techniques to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting. Your analytical skills will help pinpoint areas for improvement and streamline our operational processes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our finance department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various departments.
• Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and compliance protocols.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Engage with departmental staff to understand and assess their operations.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Identify risk areas and suggest improvements.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance with recommendations.
• Report directly to management on audit findings and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CIMA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or accounting roles
