Job Description

As the Art Gallery Coordinator, your role will involve managing exhibitions, liaising with artists, and engaging with the community through art programs. We're looking for someone passionate about the art scene and skilled in event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the gallery.
  • Curate a compelling exhibition calendar, highlighting diverse art forms.
  • Engage with the public through tours and community programs.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote gallery events.
  • Create and manage exhibition guides and catalogues.
  • Collect visitor feedback to enhance future exhibitions.
  • Organize and oversee volunteer programs within the gallery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Art History or Cultural Studies
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in art or cultural institutions
