Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to users within our organization. Your expertise will help ensure that all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will resolve hardware and software issues, assist in network management, and contribute to the overall IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and service support.
  • Conduct regular system audits and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Support users in the use of software applications and tools.
  • Document technical procedures and create user manuals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an IT support role
