We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics team in Polokwane. This role demands an ability to optimise operations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and supply chain processes, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall logistics and supply chain operations.
• Implement strategic initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Prepare and manage budgets for logistics operations.
• Coordinate with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct audits and assessments to improve operational processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in logistics or supply chain
