We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop proposals and contracts for clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Evaluate competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
• Engage in regular performance reviews to refine strategies.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Sales or Marketing

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record
