As a Pharmacist with our Local Pharmacy Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare. You will be tasked with dispensing medications, advising patients on medication therapies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient wellbeing. Responsibilities

  • Manage the dispensation of both prescription and over-the-counter medications.
  • Maintain and organize medication inventory for easy accessibility.
  • Consult with patients regarding their medication therapies and side effects.
  • Work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and wellness clinics.
  • Ensure pharmacovigilance practices and report adverse drug reactions.
  • Conduct health screenings to identify and assist patients with chronic conditions.
  • Assist in quality assurance programs to enhance pharmacy services.
  • Lead training sessions for pharmacy interns and new staff.
  • Contribute to medication-related research initiatives and studies within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy
