Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will provide crucial support to our staff by troubleshooting systems and resolving IT-related issues. Your hands-on approach and problem-solving skills will help ensure that our technology runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with troubleshooting various IT-related issues.

  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure consistent support.

  • Provide support for remote users as necessary.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software or hardware solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience
