Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC programming, operation, and maintenance, ensuring precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and monitor equipment to ensure optimal production.
• Program CNC machines to manufacture components according to specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Assist in training new team members on CNC operations.
• Support the manufacturing team in achieving production targets.
• Keep work area organized and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining

• CNC Machinery Setup

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Ability to use CAD software for designing and planning machining processes.
