We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations and administration within our healthcare facility. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that operational goals are met while providing an environment that supports quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs.
• Conduct research and analyze data to inform health policies.
• Collaborate with community organizations and health professionals.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide health education and outreach to the public.
• Assist in the development of health promotion campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in community health programs

Certifications

• Public Health Certified Professional (PHCP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
