Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, conducting troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular system checks to ensure IT systems are running optimally.
• Respond to and resolve IT issues within established SLAs.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and support.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology.
• Document procedures and create user guides for IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a strong advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in IT support or similar role
