Job Description

As an Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advancing educational practices within Durban. In this position, you’ll assess institutional needs and implement effective strategies that align with educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess the educational needs within schools and institutions.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for teachers and administrators.
• Monitor and report on the success of educational programs.
• Assist in the integration of technology in teaching.
• Liaise with government bodies to align with education policies.
• Gather feedback from educators to continually improve services.
• Provide expertise in instructional strategies and learner engagement.
• Facilitate special projects aimed at educational improvement.
• Guide schools in implementing inclusive education practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in educational consulting or teaching

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate
