Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Your ability to coordinate teams and manage stakeholder expectations will be crucial to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are communicated and adhered to.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to align with project goals.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Document project learnings and best practices for future reference.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback and maintain engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Management
  • Masters in Project Management or MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in cross-functional projects
