Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for various collections.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to align designs with market demands.
• Evaluate garment samples and suggest improvements.
• Participate in fabric selection and color palette decisions.
• Develop presentations for seasonal line launches.
• Research sustainability practices and incorporate them into design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sewing and Garment Construction

• Sewing Proficiency Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
