Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects focusing on scaling chemical production from lab to full-scale manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Conduct training sessions on new processes and technologies.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and operational teams.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues via root cause analysis.
  • Promote best practices in process control and safety management.
  • Contribute to research and development efforts for new product lines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering and project management
