The ideal candidate will produce accurate financial reports and forecasts, assist with budgeting and cost analysis, and provide support in strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to predict future performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights on business performance.
• Facilitate communication and financial analysis reports for senior management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for team members.
• Assist with annual audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
