UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing insights from user research and translating them into meaningful designs that enhance user experiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes is required. You will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure that user needs are met while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps in user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on branding efforts.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency.
• Advocate for the user in all project discussions.
• Create and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
