UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing insights from user research and translating them into meaningful designs that enhance user experiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes is required. You will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure that user needs are met while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and scenarios.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Gather user feedback through testing and interviews.
• Work closely with product managers to define user requirements.
• Document design processes and decisions clearly.
• Facilitate workshops to gather design insights and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
