We are on the lookout for a talented Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising clients on investment opportunities, managing client portfolios, and executing transactions to maximize financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice for capital raising and financial restructuring.
• Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions on behalf of clients.
• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Execute client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the mentorship and training of junior analysts within the team.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify market opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking with a solid track record

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
